INTO THE TOPIARY WOODS
Our obsession with all things topiary was the inspiration for this elegantly styled Woodland Baby Shower. We literally thought outside the Box in conjuring up the design for the ABC blocks. The topiary letters are absolutely gorgeous and especially chosen because the letters E and A are reminiscent of a fox's tail. Paired with these rustic blocks they make a striking backdrop on the green. In creating a uniquely cohesive look, our graphic designer created invitations, labels, wrappers, jute gift bags and the most unique "Storybook" menus you have never seen before. So many deliciously imaginative elements! The baby carriage arranged with roses and hydrangeas is an indisputable masterpiece created by our floral designer.
BOHEMIAN RAINBOW
By Popular Demand, the Legacy Creations team flew to Atlanta yet again to create this Bohemian Rainbow Rhapsody for last year's Beary Beautiful Shower baby. Yes, folks, time has flown, and this sweet baby is already a year old!!! Inspired by her mom's vision board, we of course put our own interpretation on this theme and customized all the graphics for a truly unique twist. So many thinks to love about this party I can't even choose. What's your favorite? Is it the Boho Picnic Table, the Gorgeous Backdrop with the baby's image, the cozy tent, or perhaps the naked Wishing Tree? I'm loving how all the elements combined with the idyllic setting of this beautiful home resulting in the Perfect Party and the Perfect Day. Of course our photographer was on hand to capture all the magical moments for posterity...Happy First Birthday, Baby Riley!!!
The Legacy Creations team flew to Atlanta for the weekend to style and decorate this gorgeous Baby Shower. Our client, was very discerning and knew exactly the type of look she desired for this event, to welcome her first grandchild. We combined our three favorite things: gorgeous fresh flower bouquets, balloons and teddybears and it culminated in quite the enchanted evening. The Organic Balloon Wall was certainly our most ambitious to date and it was truly Spectacular, taking on a life of its own. The surprise and delight of the guests was a joy to behold as they entered the party room!!!

THROUGH THE LOOKING GLASS
We tumble through the Looking Glass again for my Birthday Dinner Party!!! 2020 has proven to be a topsy turvy year and more often than not, it feels like we are living in a Mad Mad World. There are so many wonderful elements of this party, but if I had to choose a favorite, it would be the 24k gold, hand-painted charger plates that I crafted for each place setting. Such a unique nod to the White Rabbit, who was never without a timepiece! The desserts tied the theme together, creating a whimsical yet sophisticated, grown and sexy night of celebration. Due to the pandemic, a DJ did not seem quite right, so we were thoroughly entertained by the Dynamic Jazz Duo that is ACUTE INFLECTIONS. WOW WOW WOW, the performance, the decor, and a select group of family and friends made for the perfect celebratory night!!!
LOVE EVERLASTING
This gorgeous couple's love story has truly stood the test of time. So you can imagine how thrilled we were to learn they were finally saying "I Do" and they wanted Legacy Creations to not only provide all the decor and florals for their nuptials, they also hired us as the Wedding Photographer!!! The Bride said it best, "Legacy Creations, LLC 'Turning Dreams Into Reality' Event Planner, y’all took my simple idea of having a blush and bashful (inside joke) wedding to something so beautiful and exquisite. We were over the moon when we entered the room. Every intricate detail was executed to perfection. Georgette Caldwell- I can finally say it’s BLUSH not PINK...those centerpieces gave me life...GORGEOUS. Navlette- 'all eyes on me'. Your camera lens captured every moment of the day. Girl, you had us smiling with our eyes and posing (click)." Transforming their vision into Reality was our aim, that we exceeded it is a testament of the love and passion we have for what we do!!!
WOODLAND SIP AND SEE
What an amazing thrill to see our translation of a Woodland Sip and See to introduce little Taylor-Rose to her New York family. We had so much fun styling this whimsical party. A couple of my favorite things would have to be the card box that was customized to the theme and the Prosecco bar. The centerpieces were simply breathtaking! There were so many WOW moments and the guests were totally blown away!!!
STEP RIGHT UP
STEP RIGHT UP...STEP RIGHT UP...A Circus Extravaganza to celebrate THE GREATEST KID on Earth!!!. Dylan's birthday was the most challenging party we have done so far. It was our first attempt at creating an Organic Balloon Wall Backdrop and Balloon Sculptures. The outcome was beyond our wildest dreams!!! The Grand entry way topped with Marquee letters and Balloon Clowns greeted the guests as they arrived. Truly setting the scene for what promised to be an exceptional affair. The children were treated to a Bounce House and Petting Zoo but the Cotton Candy and Popcorn Machines were by far the favorites. Such an extraordinary evening and what I am sure will be the most talked about party of the year!!!
A MAGICAL HOGWARTS ADVENTURE
For Adam's 10th birthday, we transformed an entire basement into a Hogwarts Adventure. Setting the stage, the first place on our journey was King's Cross Station. Harry's trunk and school supplies were waiting on Platform 9 3/4. From there we came upon Diagon Alley which could be seen behind the Brick Wall Archway. On the grounds of Hogwarts grew the Whomping Willow Tree and Harry's Stag Patronus peeked out from the Dark Forest. The Great Hall at Hogwarts was decked out for a Birthday Party befitting a Wizard. Dragons could be seen dueling in the Windowscapes as the 'Moving' Portraits looked on. The children were sorted in their respective houses and donned robes and ties in their House Colors. The Honeydukes' Candy Cart was chock full of treats and sweets and the Wizard Show and Potions Class was the highlight of the evening . In the words of JK Rowling, "Mischief Managed!"
THE FELLOWSHIP OF THE RING
When your Bride asks for Pumpkin Centerpieces...you give her Pumpkin Centerpieces!!! We had so much fun with these Whimsical floral arrangements which took Center Stage amongst the lovely tablescapes at Rat's Restaurant. It was thrilling to see the bride and groom take their candlelight vows betwixt our romantic candelabras draped with Fall florals. The Bridal party was radiant and we are so honored to see them showcase our beautiful Bouquets, Boutonnieres and Corsages.
The Bridal Dinner is not only a testament to love and friendship, it is also a testament to how much Legacy Creations, LLC has grown. Our Imagination knows no bounds. Please read our Blog entitled "I CAN'T SAY 'I DO' WITHOUT YOU" to learn more of the intimate details of this soiree.
THE GRADUATE
We celebrate this high school schooler's graduation and acceptance into the prestigious New York University Film School, by hosting a Hollywood Night At The Oscar Party fit for a celebrity. From the VIP welcome sign to the Illuminated Marquee, the guests were in awe as they walked the Red Carpet for their own photo shoot. Amidst the paparazzi was our Legacy Images photographer capturing these epic moments. It was an amazing, fun-filled night and a most fitting sendoff for the graduate.
GREAT EXPECTATIONS
The arrival of a new baby is such a joyous occasion. This beautiful backyard soiree was designed with the discriminating taste of the mother-to-be in mind. Each table was adorned with custom topiary ballerinas and fresh floral lanterns. The backdrop for the cake table was framed with hand made paper flowers evoking a botanical garden. Personalized touches included framed pictures of the expectant couple. The entrance to the party was beautifully decorated with white Marquee letters, photographs, and fragrant floral arrangements. In lieu of traditional seating for the Mother-to-be, an intimate loveseat for the couple provided all the comfort they needed while opening gifts.
CALLING ALL UNICORNS
To celebrate Malis's First Birthday, the Unicorns agreed to make a magical appearance. This party was styled with a beautiful Unicorn backdrop framed with a balloon garland and accented with fresh floral arrangements. The party wouldn't be complete without the Customized Unicorn rocker and giant letters and the unicorn headbands doubling as chair decorations were an extra sweet touch. The tables were set with vintage pink plates accented with gold chargers and utensils.
ELLA ENCHANTED
Inspired by the decor at our annual Easter Egg Hunt, the Clarke family tasked us with creating an Ella Enchanted Garden Party to celebrate their daughter's first birthday. I wanted this party to be truly unique and magical so the decorations were all customized. We hand made paper flowers to frame the gorgeous boxwood backdrop. The children's tables were set with custom designed plates and blinged out milk bottles and who could forget the gorgeous centerpieces made from silk flowers arranged in topiary vases. I especially loved how the banners were adorned with birds, ribbons, and butterflies. Truly enchanting!!!
THE MAD HATTER'S TEA PARTY
The Theme: Mad Hatter. The Challenge: How to style a Mad Hatter's Tea for a boy of seven when the Alice In Wonderland theme is traditionally girly? Why, you get the Creative Juices flowing of course. This is what Legacy Creations does so well. Re-imagine a popular theme by making it fresh and One-Of-A-kind. We used bright colors with contrasting textures in the Un-Birthday banner and set the Mad Hatter dining table with delightfully whimsical place settings. Giant Flowers with faces evoked the enchanted garden Alice discovered in Wonderland. We also customized hats for all attendees to don on arrival.
